  1. PURPOSE

These terms govern the purchase of services through the official website https://n3b7v1c5x9q.shop:

  1. Table reservations (catering service).
  2. Gift vouchers (prepaid dining experiences).
  3. Booty SecretsRoute (guided tours of the facilities).
  1. PURCHASE PROCESS AND RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RESERVATIONS

Any service from our catalog (Gift Vouchers or Route Reservations) can be added to the shopping cart. Here you will see the selected services, the quantity, the unit price, and the total amount.

Once the basket has been validated, taxes, charges, and possible discounts will be calculated based on the data entered. The baskets have no administrative link; they are simply a section where the USER can simulate a quote without any obligation on either party.

From the shopping cart, you can place an order by following the necessary steps for its correct validation:

  1. Verification of billing information: The USER must verify or enter the information necessary for the issuance of the proof of purchase or invoice.
  2. Digital delivery validation: As these are services, the shipping address will be the email address provided by the USER, where the gift voucher or route confirmation will be sent in digital format.
  3. Selection of payment method: The USER will choose from the payment methods available on the secure platform.
  4. Order confirmation: By clicking on the "Checkout" button (or equivalent), the USER declares that they accept these terms and formalize the purchase.

Once the order has been processed, the system instantly sends an email to the PROVIDER's management department and another to the USER's email address confirming the order, attaching the corresponding voucher or receipt and instructions for its use.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS, FEES, AND DISCOUNTS

Payment Methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are accepted through a secure payment gateway with SSL encryption.

Reservation Guarantee and No-Show Policy: For table reservations, the restaurant may request a credit card as a guarantee. In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, a charge of€25 per guest may be applied.

Prices and Taxes: All prices include applicable VAT (10% for food and drink and 21% for tours). Prices are final, except for extra services not included in the original voucher or reservation.

Discounts: Promotional codes must be applied before payment and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

  1. SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICES
  • Gift Vouchers: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Advance booking required, subject to availability. Not exchangeable for cash.
  • Booty SecretsRoute: Service subject to specific schedules and limited capacity. For safety and hygiene reasons, attendees must follow the instructions of the staff.
  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS
  • Services with a fixed date: According to Art. 103.l) of the TRLGDCU, there is no right of withdrawal for table reservations or routes with a specific date and time.
  • Undated vouchers: The customer has 14 calendar days to request a refund, provided that the voucher has not been redeemed.

RESTAURANTE BOTÍN, S.L. will process your data to manage your reservation/purchase based on the execution of the contract. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and deletion by sending an email to the address indicated above.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established herein. Any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the USER's place of residence, the place of performance of the obligation, or the place where the property is located if it is immovable.
